Barrel Aged Pepper Sauce is tested for safety (meaning, we have a unique HACCP plan approved by UDAF in Utah, and also had the finished product biologically tested for that extra measure of safety).

Z's Pepper Sauce is processed in an APPROVED State Commercial Kitchen by the Dept of Agricultural in Utah.
