Gochugaru Chicken Wings:

Preparation: Pat 2 pounds of chicken wings dry, toss with oil and salt, then bake at 400°F (200°C) for 40–45 minutes or air fry at 390–400°F until golden and crispy.

Sauce: Simmer a mixture of 2 tablespoons gochugaru, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire powder for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
